1. CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a very significant demand for appointments at SCOPE THERAPY SERVICES and many children have to wait to see OUR therapist. We would like to see the children as soon as possible to minimise the waiting times is to reduce the number of unattended appointments.

Therapist will confirm your appointment slot (date and time by message or email) two weeks prior to it. Once confirmed, your appointment will not be offered to anyone else . We would like all the parents  keep us informed in well advance if your going on holidays or other commitments so that your appointment slot can be allocated appropriately. Failing to do will be considered as NO SHOW and cancellation policy applies.

2. CANCELLING THERAPY AND INTERVENTION

SCOPE THERAPY SERVICES, we value time our Therapist. Hence, we charge a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for 6  therapy sessions. This is because, unfortunately, some families do not attend booked appointments or cancel them,  which means we are unable to offer the appointment time to another family.

If you cancel your intervention session within 24 hrs of your slot, you will be charged IN FULL for this appointment. This is because, without adequate notice, your therapist is unable to use the time allocated to your appointment to another parent. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you give us 72 hours’ notice that you will not be attending your scheduled appointment, you will be charged with small charge of 25 euros.

Exemptions to this cancellation fee can be made at the discretion of SCOPE THERAPY SERVICES for unavoidable events such as the sudden onset of illness.

3. LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you are late for your appointment, your session will still conclude at the allocated time.
If you fail to show up for an appointment, a 100% cancellation charge will be applied. The charges will be made automatically without notification.

Cancellation by SCOPE

At SCOPE, We make sure all appointments  are attended on time. Due to any medical emergencies and unforeseen circumstances mean that we sometimes have to cancel appointments. If this happens, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused and will arrange a new date and time for the appointment as soon as possible.

4. REFUND POLICY

The situations in which REFUND may be considered are

We will refund your payment for non-used time if we are not able to arrange an appointment within the short period after cancelling a service by SCOPE THERAPY SERVICES.

NO REFUND will be given at any circumstances for used time during  assessment or therapy slots. If you are not happy with our service, no partial or refund will be given in this scenario. The only possibility that exists in this scenario is that we will consider assisting with your queries as soon as possible and make sure all your queries are addressed as appropriate.
